It took me way too long to calculate how important a proper diet really is often. I have always underestimated it but final two modules concern year I've been working out with a suitable diet and i am easily seeing results twice as quicly. Good nutrition is probably even more effective than a first-class training tool. A protein shake in the morning and after training session is simply not going to mow it. Mounted a balanced nutrition where you eat every 2-3 hours by using a LOT of protein, good fats and carbs only from in the morning until your event. Chicken breast, eggs, nuts, milk, fish and meat!
